2025 Camp Menu

In-Unit Cooking

If your camper's unit is cooking during the week, we send it via email.

Daily GORP (trail Mix)

Five items will be available per day. Campers get to choose what they want. Additional items may be substituted depending on supply.
  • Gummy Candy – gluten-free            

  • Coconut – vegan, gluten-free

  • Pretzel sticks                    

  • Raisins – vegan, gluten-free

  • Goldfish or cheese crackers            

  • Dried Banana Chips – vegan, gluten-free

  • Popcorn – gluten-free        

  • Chocolate chips – gluten-free

  • Marshmallows – gluten-free

Ice Cream / Snacks

  • Campers will make ice cream during camp week

  • We will provide gluten-free and vegan alternatives

  • Campers will also make a cookie treat during camp week, for wich we will provide vegan and gluten-free alternatives. 

Saturday Snack

(Outdoor Training & PA Overnight)
  • Fruit and treats ( vegan and gluten free options)

PA Overnight

​Dinner: Taco Bar

  • Taco meat – regular and Vegan (both will be gluten-free)

  • Lettuce

  • Cheese – regular and vegan

  • Tomatoes

  • Olives

  • Corn chips – gluten-free

  • Corn and flour tortillas

  • Sour cream – regular and vegan/gluten-free

  • Guacamole – gluten-free

  • Sheet cake – regular and gluten-free

Sunday Breakfast:

  • ​Muffins – regular and gluten-free

  • Gogurts

  • Fruit

Lunches 

(for campers or leaders who forget)
  • Sandwiches – both regular, vegan, and gluten-free

  • Chips

  • Fruit

Thursday Overnight

​Afternoon Snack

Dinner: Nacho Bar

  • Taco meat – regular and Vegan (both will be gluten-free)

  • Lettuce

  • Nacho Cheese – gluten-free, and there will be a vegan option

Thursday Night Snack

  • Rice Krispie treats

  • Fruit Roll-Ups

Friday Breakfast​

  • Pancakes – vegan and gluten-free options

  • Sausage – vegan and gluten-free options

  • Juice

  • Any leftovers from the night before

Friday Lunch

ALL CAMP
  • Corn dogs - vegan and gluten free options

  • Any left overs from Thursday
