| PAIT (Program
Aides-in-Training) is the term used to identify girls who are in the
process of becoming trained PA's (Program Aide). It is intended
only for girls who are interested in becoming a Program Aide;
girls learn about leadership and how to work with younger girls.
At Mountaindale North It is open to girls entering the 7th
- 12th grade who have not completed Council or Day Camp sponsored
"Program Aide Core & Specialist Training". Girls are required to take
PAIT before they can be placed as a PA at day camp.

6 hours of PA Core Training
4 hours of PA Specialization Training
Leadership Training
Songs & Games Training
Plan & run Council Fire on Thursday Night
Get practice using their new PA Skills with units
Learn how to cook in the out-of-doors
Girls who complete PAIT will receive there Cadette PA Pin
& PA manual
