Non-Members add $12.00 to camp fee for GSUSA membership. Girl Scout Membership ends Sept 30, 2011. Campers registering after May 1, 2011 will be charged a late fee of $5.00 (non-refundable)			CANCELLATION POLICY Full Refund: Cancellation must be received before May 1st, 2011 *50% Refund:** If cancellation received between May 1 & July 1, 2011 No Late Fees will be refunded No Refund:* If cancellation is received after July 1st, 2011
COOKIE & NUT CREDITS If registering online, pay the camp fees in full, then mail the Cookie/Nut Credit to the day camp registrar and a refund of the Cookie/Nut Credit amount will be credited to your account after it has been processed If registering by mail, do not deduct the Cookie/Nut Credit from your payment. Mail the Cookie/Nut Credit with your registration to the day camp registrar and a refund will be credited to your account after it has been processed. ** If you receive your Cookie/Nut Credit after you have already registered, mail it to the day camp registrar prior to the start of camp, and a refund will be sent to you after it has been processed.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE If Financial Assistance is needed, include a completed Campership Form with your registration.
