Campers
registering after May 1, 2008 will be charged a late fee of $5.00
(non-refundable)

** If using
"Cookie Credit", pay the fees in full if registering online, then
mail the "Cookie Credit" to the Registrar and a refund of the
"Cookie Credit" amount will be credited to your account
after the "Cookie Credit" is processed by MNDC and Girl Scouts -
Columbia River Council, Inc.

** If
registering by mail, do not deduct the "Cookie Credit" from your
payment. Mountaindale North will refund the "Cookie Credit" after it
has been processed by MNDC and Girl Scouts - Columbia River Council,
Inc. Include the "Cookie Credit" with your
mail in registration.

** If you
receive the "Cookie Credit" after you have already registered, mail
it to the Registrar prior to the start of camp, and a refund will be
sent to you or credited to your account after the "Cookie
Credit" is processed by MNDC and Girl Scouts - Columbia River
Council, Inc.
Non-Members
add $10.00 to camp fee for GSUSA membership. Girl Scout Membership ends
Sept 30, 2008.
Registrants
who are not current members of Girl Scouts USA must also complete a
"Girl Registration" or "Adult Registration" form and mail it to the
registrar to complete their registration. The camper's place is held at
the time of registration for MNDC, not when the registrar receives the
GSUSA form.

Full Refund:
Cancellation must be received before May 1st, 2008
50% Refund*:
If
cancellation received between May 1 & July 1, 2008
No Refund:
If
cancellation is received after July 1st, 2008
*No Late Fees will be refunded
