If your child will not be at camp please email our Transportation & Attendance Director the night before if at all possible! If you are not able to email, please text as soon as possible to the contact numbers provided in camp mailings. We NEED to know about absences, or else we will have to track down your missing camper!
SICK CHILD: Please do not send your child to camp sick! If your child will not be at camp for any reason, you MUST contact our Transportation & Attendance Director by email the night before if at all possible. If not possible by email the night before then by text message in the morning.
Planned Absences: We require written notice by email or text or hand delivered note to our Transportation & Attendance Director. Please include your name, camper’s full name, and absence details. Verbal communication in person or by phone is not effective.
Last minute Absences: Contact info is included in the information sent out before camp.
Arriving Late/ Leaving Early: If your camper will be arriving late or leaving early, then you as the adult/guardian, must sign your camper in or out for the day and check in with the day camp Director or a core staff member, who are located inside Marilyn’s Place before you leave.
